Skilled Hands. Honest Work.
The right fix the first time, every time.
Family-owned truck and trailer repair. Serving Central Oklahoma
Semi Trucks to 3/4 Ton Trucks
Darrel Bledsoe spent ten years managing a respected local truck and trailer repair shop before opening his own business, Bledsoe Truck & Trailer Repair, in 2023. The same hands, the same standards, now under his own name. 24/7 road service available. Shop hours: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Every truck on this road is a business in motion. When something breaks down on the I-44 corridor between Tulsa and Dallas, owner-operators and fleet managers need a shop that fixes the problem the first time, gets the rig back on the road, and stands behind the work. Bledsoe Truck & Trailer Repair serves the Oklahoma City metro and regional routes from Newcastle, Blanchard, Chickasha, Norman, Moore, Pauls Valley, Ardmore, Lawton, Dibble, Alex, and the OK-TX corridor.

Why Bledsoe Truck & Trailer Repair
Downtime is the most expensive thing in the trucking business. A loaded truck sitting in a shop is bleeding revenue at $150 to $400 an hour depending on what you're hauling. Bledsoe is set up to diagnose fast, source parts fast, and turn repairs around on the same day for most service categories. For larger jobs, we communicate openly about timelines so you can plan dispatch and customer commitments around the repair window. 24/7 road service available.

Customer word
Independent owner-operators don't have a corporate fleet manager negotiating shop rates and parts margins on their behalf. They make every repair decision personally, and they remember every shop that did them right and every shop that didn't. Bledsoe's reputation in the OKC owner-operator community wasn't built on marketing — it was built one truck at a time. The customers below trusted us with their livelihood, and they came back.

They keep the answer practical: what needs attention, what can wait, and how to get the truck moving.
The difference is convenience. Parts, repair, and straight direction without the extra city runaround.
Delivery area and location
Local delivery is one of the biggest differentiators here, and this section is already set up to support future store fulfillment.
Bledsoe Truck & Trailer Repair delivers within roughly 10-15 miles of the shop and runs a regional service book across Newcastle, Blanchard, Chickasha, Norman, Moore, Pauls Valley, Ardmore, Lawton, Dibble, Alex and the OK-TX corridor.
Request service
Send the basics and the Bledsoe Truck & Trailer Repair team can follow up about repair work, D.O.T. inspections, 24/7 road service needs, or parking availability.

Questions people actually ask
3/4-ton trucks up to Class 8 tractors and trailers. If you can drive it on a CDL, we can work on it. We do not service passenger cars or light vehicles below the 3/4-ton range.
Yes. Dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, dump, lowboy - both the running gear and the structural side. Trailer work is half of what we do, which is why the shop is Bledsoe Truck & Trailer Repair, not just truck repair.
We do not provide towing. If you need a tow, we can refer you to a local operator we trust. Once your unit is at our shop or at a roadside stop we can reach, we take it from there.
Yes. 24/7 road service available. Call the shop and you'll reach someone who can dispatch. Our shop bay hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, but breakdowns don't keep business hours and neither do we.
$150 per hour, port-to-port. No per-mile charge. We bill from the time we leave the shop to the time we get back, plus the work on-site.
It means the clock starts when our truck leaves our shop ("port") and stops when it returns. You're paying for the round trip plus the work, not separate mileage fees. It's the simplest, most predictable way to bill roadside in this region.
Sometimes. If a call comes in outside our direct service window or our trucks are already committed, we'll dispatch through a partner network we trust. You're billed the same $150/hr port-to-port rate either way - the partner answer just means the unit shows up faster.
We're based south of OKC and run a regional book of business. Direct coverage includes: Newcastle, Blanchard, Chickasha, Norman, Moore, Pauls Valley, Ardmore, Lawton, Dibble, Alex, and the OK-TX corridor. Calls outside that ring are case-by-case - give us a buzz.
OEM and OEM-equivalent. We source through national truck-parts networks including FleetPride and MHC Kenworth, which means we can pull most hard-to-find parts faster than a one-shop operation. We are not a dealer or warranty center for any of those vendors - we're a buyer like any other independent shop, with the relationships to make the calls land.
Yes. On-site truck parking is $125/month plus tax. Drop the trailer, leave the tractor, come back when you need it. Limited spots - call first.
Call (405) 833-0943 - that's our primary line, monitored during shop hours and routed to dispatch outside shop hours. For email, send the details (unit, location, what's wrong) to dbledsoe@stringershop.com and we'll come back to you.
Owner-operated by Darrel Bledsoe, running a regional truck and trailer repair shop that serves owner-operators and fleets across the OK-TX corridor. We're a small crew that does the work right the first time and bills you in plain English.
